Friday, 14th
Bamford & District History Group - Days of Sunshine & Rain -  a talk by Ann Beedham - with photographs from the life of George William Marshall - George Willis Marshall's (1904 to 1992) great love was the Peak District and Derbyshire and during the 1920s and 30s he and his friends went roaming the hills and dales often sleeping in haystacks or under the stars. Willis (as he was known) kept a journal with poems and sketches.  It is from these journal that Ann Beedham will be refrerring - 8.00pm - Bamford Village Institute
